Come fall, I'll be attending the University of Texas School of Public Health working on a master's degree in public health with an emphasis in epidemiology.
It was pretty exciting thinking about going to school and applying and waiting to hear back. It was still exciting when I got the acceptance letters and chose my school. However once I got the paperwork, the reality of what I'm in for took away the fun.
I'm in for a shock after having a wildly leisurely year, where the most academic thing I've done is word searches.
I'm sure school will be enjoyable, and the strict structure of a busy schedule will be good for me, but it'll be a big adjustment.
