Aunt Josey

Aunt Josey has the gentle, quiet, humble heart of a servant that I hope to grow into. She is never unkind or impatient. On top of all that, she is fascinating. She knows so many interesting facts and histories about places she has travelled to and seen. She too, has a wonderful laugh and I love to listen to her sing. She sings like grandmother. She reminds me the most of dad. When we were little, she was always willing to take us for a spin in her hot rod convertible. Now that we're older, she lets us drive her hot rod around. She's just a hop, skip, and a jump over in the big city, but I secretly wish she would move to Abilene.
