Life has been busy, but strangely uneventful.
1. January marked the new school year, so we have 36 new kids who have no idea what you are saying, and 36 other kids who are getting used to new classes and teachers. It is unpleasant.
2. I am taking Korean lessons. It is hard.
3. I have a new apartment. It is luxurious. I have hot water, sunlight, and a place to hang wet laundry. I have a closet and I am on the quiet 5th floor. There are no neighbors above me having fights in the middle of the night with blood-curdling screams, objects being thrown, and people being pushed down stairs. There are no more drunk old men shouting at 4 am. The water in the toilet bowl isn't frozen in the mornings. It is great.
